Happy Valentines Day!!!

Happy Valentines Day! Yes, the day full of love and caring. Spend today with your loved ones, the people that are always going to be there for you. Appreciate each other for your personalities and kindness. Make your loved ones feel perfect and beautiful in every way possible! ❤

Anyways, my mom gave me the idea to make cookies and write on them with frosting. So, I made my Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies and whipped up a quick frosting (pink of course!). But, I substituted all of the vanilla extract for 2 teaspoons of vanilla bean paste and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. These cookies were so sweet and chewy. Just delicious in every bite! I also took this opportunity to finally use my new decorating tip kit. I did mess up at first, but then I got the hang of piping! I made the cutest messages, messages which I would love to receive any day! But I do need to practice my piping, the cursive was a little sloppy. Oh well, I have years of practicing ahead of me! 🙂
The thing is….I need a Valentine! You see, at my school they sell carnations for $1 each.Well, all us girls sit and wait for at least one guy to give us a flower. Sadly, the guys seem too scared. So, my best-friends and I planned this year to buy each other carnation. It doesn’t matter who gives me a carnation to be honest, I just want the feeling of being cared and loved after. And what better to be care for you than your best friends. We are always there for each other and we have fun. Of course, I’m the baker (more of a baker in hiding, many people don’t know I bake!) and I am also the quietest in my group. But once you get to know me, I am so  unbelievably crazy and corky.

So, this awesome company named Photofrost emailed me! They want to send me free samples of their products. Hopefully, they will arrive in the mail tomorrow. This company is very nice and courteous! They are very patient and professional. I really loved talking to Photofrost and I hope their products are as good as their attitude and generosity.

I will be baking this weekend! I’m not really sure what I should do, but I am going to do something really good. Maybe the Paris Brete I have been wanting to make? Please, feel free to leave me comments for ideas of what to bake. I really need more ideas…..I’m a little stuck because there are so many delicious desserts!
