Jumbo White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

I LOVE Cranberries. They are the best! I have literally sat down and eaten a whole bag of dried cranberries in one day! So what else to do but make cookies with Cranberries in them. These cookies are delicious and most importantly, they are my own original recipe. Also, they are suuper chewy and are very easy to make. My friend tried them and said “These are soooo good!”. I am definetly going to make these alot for the Christmas season. But, they are also perfect for any season! Anyways, heres the recipe-

Yield- 9 Jumbo Cookies

2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of butter, softened
3/4 cup of light brown sugar
1/4 cup of dark brown sugar
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup of White Chocolate Chips

1. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, mix together the butter and sugars.

2. Then, add in the egg and mix well.

3. Next, add the dry ingredients and the vanilla extract in. Mix the Cookie Dough until it sticks together.

4. Finally, mix in the Cranberries and White Chocolate Chips.

       5. Scoop the cookie dough into a heaping 1/4 cup balls. Place the balls onto parchment paper that is on a cookie sheet. Flatten the balls a little on the top so it is a little flat.

6. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the cookies for 11 minutes.

7. When the cookies have finished baking, place them on a cooling rack for at least 5 minutes.

8. ENJOY the cookies!! ❤
