Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies

I love Chocolate Chip Cookies! Espeacially Jumbo ones because eating 1 cookie is like 2 cookies in one. So yesterday, I decided to make them. My recipe is inspired be Brown Eyed Baker . But I did change a few things to the recipe and they were FANTASTIC!!! My mom ate them and said they are her most favorite cookies that I have baked. They are also very easy and you dont make so much of a mess! I hope you try them!!! :)))

Yield- 8 Jumbo Cookies

2 cups of flour
3/4 cup of light brown sugar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup of white sugar
1/4 cup of butter, softened (unsalted or salted)
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips

1. In a medium bowl, pur the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sailt. Set the bowl aside. In a larger bowl, mix together the sugars and the butter together untill creamy. Then, add in the egg and mix it into the butter-sugar mixture. Add in the dry ingredients and the vanilla extract. Finally, add in the chocolate chips and mix untill the dough sticks together (like the picture above).

      2. Scoop the cookies by 1/4 cups. Form the dough into balls and place them on a cookie sheet on top of a piece of parchment paper. Make sure they are spread apart well ( I had extra dough to make 2 smaller cookies, but not a whole cookie) .
3. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Place the cookie sheets in the oven and bake the cookies for 17-18 minutes. Once the cookies are done baking, place them on a cooling rack and let them cool for at least 5 minutes. Finally, enjoy the cookies!!!
